Raj Mehta
With over 15 years as a healthcare business owner, Raj has been directly involved in complex property, planning, and development projects across multiple locations in England.
Raj’s experience includes working across sites in Essex and Wiltshire, where he observed first-hand how underutilised land – often brownfield or backland – was successfully transformed into residential and mixed-use developments.
In 2018, Raj led the relocation and redevelopment of a healthcare centre onto a highly constrained site involving:
• Significant planning restrictions
• Tree Preservation Orders
• Drainage and soil challenges
• Complex stakeholder relationships
Working alongside local councils and charitable landowners, the project delivered:
• A modern healthcare facility
• A 140-space car park
• BREEAM Excellent certification
That experience cemented his understanding of planning risk, site constraints, and how the right professional team can unlock value even on challenging land.

As a Senior Marketing Manager, she has spent years shaping customer experience, managing high value partnerships, and guiding complex projects from concept to delivery – expertise that translates seamlessly into supporting landowners through the development journey.
Kavita specialises in simplifying complex processes, building trust, and ensuring landowners feel informed, confident, and supported at every stage. Her background in analysing markets, identifying opportunities, and communicating value means she brings clarity and strategy to each site we assess.
Driven, detail focused, and highly collaborative, Kavita plays a key role in ensuring that every landowner receives a transparent, professional, and personalised experience -from first conversation through to planning approval and completion.
